AC Repair and Installation

Cooling is an integral part of home comfort during a North Texas summer. A properly maintained air conditioning system will not only provide conditioned air but also works to remove humidity and warm air from within the home. All three functions are necessary for a comfortable environment within your living space.

Is your system down in the middle of a North Texas summer? Not to worry, Texas Energy and Comfort Solutions will service all major brands and all types of air conditioning systems, including standard split-system (typical on most North Texas homes), mini-split systems, and ductless systems. It does not matter who installed it or repaired it last, we are confident that our TECS service team can identify the problem and provide a solution.

AC TUNE-UP

AC Tune-Up – A residential air conditioning system can run for over 2700 hours during the late spring, summer, and early fall cooling seasons.  We would not expect to operate a vehicle for 2700 hours without preventative maintenance.  A pre-cooling season tune-up will ensure your home remains comfortable and your system operates reliably all summer long.  At Texas Energy and Comfort Solutions, our comprehensive AC tune-up will inspect each AC system using our unique multi-point inspection procedure, including:

  • Reviewing system for any operating abnormalities

  • Inspecting primary and secondary drains

  • Flushing the drain line

  • Inspecting the condenser coil and clean as required

  • Verifying static pressure for proper airflow

  • Inspecting all filters (will replace at per filter price)

  • Inspecting blower components

  • Testing voltage and amperage draw on all motors

  • Testing of all electrical components, including capacitors and contactors

  • Testing of pressures to ensure proper refrigeration levels
