For homebuilders, operating within this philosophy means that projects are completed by in-house technician groups, thus ensuring installations are performed completely and to industry standard.  It means that every home undergoes a thorough inspection by technical management to ensure every home, big or small, meets Texas Energy and Comfort Solutions’ standards

At TECS, our customers’ security and well-being are of the utmost importance to us.  We strive to take every conceivable step to ensure that your information is protected, and your home and family are safe.  

 

  • All TECS technicians undergo background checks and drug screenings before finalizing employment.

  • All customer projects are completed by TECS in-house technicians.  

 

  • Communication Commitment - On the day of an appointment, customers will receive a text and email communication containing their assigned technician information, including an identifying picture, employee number, and phone number. All TECS technicians will arrive wearing a Texas Energy and Comfort Solutions uniform plus a TECS ID displaying their photo, employee number, phone number, and any relevant regulatory information.  

 

  • Our cyber security policies meet industry security standards to ensure that your information is protected.
     

  • Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, vendors, or other customers.
