Communication Commitment - On the day of an appointment, customers will receive a text and email communication containing their assigned technician information, including an identifying picture, employee number, and phone number. All TECS technicians will arrive wearing a Texas Energy and Comfort Solutions uniform plus a TECS ID displaying their photo, employee number, phone number, and any relevant regulatory information.
